I am a mom of three kids, a wife, a daughter, a friend, and a certified health coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
My mission is to support people, particularly women, become healthier - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, so they can create the most extraordinary life for themselves, achieving their goals and dreams.
Most of all I love to uplift people and contribute to the world around me. I am here to support you and walk with you hand in hand across your wellness journey. I want to inspire you to believe in yourself and empower you to achieve your wellness goals with great tools, support and accountability.
I know how it feels to be out of balance physically and emotionally...I also know that there is a way out, which starts with inner work, and a holistic approach to body, mind and soul.
I was able to address my health challenges by developing a truly transformational wellness plan, that included all areas of my life. I filled it with mindfulness, yoga, emotional regulation, and nutrition. My life has not been the same since then and each day I wake up with gratitude in my heart.

What we eat is extremely important, but...it is still "secondary" foods to our health.
What primarily defines our wellbeing is our self-awareness, emotional regulation and a sense of purpose. This leads us towards more productive daily choices in all areas of life: our physical health, what we eat, how we play, our relationships, career, finance, home environment and more. We call it "primary" foods.
My coaching covers both "primary" and "secondary" foods of my clients, bringing into harmony our body, mind and soul, and balancing all areas of our multi-dimensional health.

I mostly work with women. They are unique and beautiful souls, and I truly appreciate every one of them. Many of them are working full time or taking care of the family, trying to cope with multiple priorities, where self-care may not be on top of the list. My clients take a conscious decision to take control of their health and happiness by connecting to their inner self, and be less dependent on the external environment. They are looking for a proven and reliable methodology and accountability to make some radical shifts in their lives, with the help of nutrition and lifestyle.
My personal transformation, solid knowledge of nutrition and a deep understanding of women challenges, help me really feel my clients, giving them the support that they need to reach their unique health goals. I met a lot of women in my personal life and professional career with common challenges like stress, emotional overwhelm, unhealthy eating, compromised boundaries, and no space for self-care. I have been in their shoes and I know how it feels. And I also know how to change it. Showing up for my clients with understanding and compassion, feeling their pain points and challenges, allows me to serve them in the best possible way.
A Health Coach is a wellness and lifestyle expert that helps clients meet their unique health goals. The Health Coach explores the client’s health history, nutrition and lifestyle, to identify what areas may be out of balance, and steps required to harmonize them. This results in the client’s personalized wellness plan, aimed to improve the client’s health. The coach supports the client at all stages of his or her wellness journey, providing practical tools, support and accountability within his or her scope of practice, such as nutrition, sleep hygiene, physical movement, stress management and emotional regulation. The Health Coach does not diagnose nor treat any medical conditions, however often coaches work in conjunction with medical practitioners, and can provide doctor or test referrals, if necessary.
Going through my program will help you grow self-awareness, develop a new approach to nutrition that supports your body, learn tools for emotional regulation and stress management. You will generate various insights and self-discoveries, shift some perspectives, feel more attuned to your body needs, and develop new productive habits, supporting your wellbeing. I will guide you through the process, and provide tools, support and accountability, to help you reach your goals. The ultimate benefit - you will feel healthier and happier.
Unhealthy or unconscious eating, food cravings, bloating or upset stomach, uncomfortable weight, difficulty staying focused, lack of energy and motivation, fatigue, insomnia, stress and anxiety, emotional overwhelm, mood swings, etc. Many of these issues can be addressed by implementing a change to an individual's diet and lifestyle. In those cases where a client is following a health provider's subscription, a coach may be a bridge between a client and a medical practicioner, providing support in managing the change process.
I don't work with people with major health concerns that can't be improved through food and lifestyle choices. I also don't work with minors without written authorization from their parents or legal guardians. It is our of my scope to ask my clients to exclude major food groups, recommend heavy detox programs or engage in intense physical exercising.

A free consultation is a 50 minute online session, to help us get know each other, explore your bio-individuality, personal history, experiences and circumstances, as well as define what you would like to achieve, and why it is important for you. Prior to the call you will be kindly asked to fill a survey, to help me prepare, and make the most out of our session. The free consultation is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions, and for me to share the program options that best fit your needs. If both of us commit to working together, we will settle the formalities and start the program.
The coaching is provided in English, Russian or Ukrainian languages.
Most of my sessions are conduced online. In some occasions, where it is mutually convenient to meet face to face, this option is also available.
My role is to help you reach your their health goals, which we agree in the beginning, engaging into our partnership with full commitment from both sides. I provide you a structure, support and accountability, but all aspects of your wellness plan are driven by you, in line with your bio-individuality. The coaching program helps you uncover your individual insights, explore challenges and create actions for your health and wellness transformation. Having your commitment and the proven program structure minimize or completely diminish the risk of failure.
